Forbidden Not To Touch. Science Museums In Spain

During the last few decades, there was a great expansion of science museums and houses in Spain. These centres were opened with a goal of promoting science and technology, connecting scientists and development of scientific institutions. On the other hand, this scientific boom also included some controversial aspects, such as redefining of their purpose and goals in the 21st century, risk of converting them into thematic parks and using them as a political weapon. Mrs. Soraya Peña de Camus and Mr. Domingo Escutia will present their views and opinions in this matter.
